it’s quite often an expression of trust

because a poem or a story or a painting are often things that come from the heart

little pieces of the artists themselves

and if they’re willing to share it with you

you should appreciate it

someday i will buy a pickle that is 6 feet 4 inches tall and i will step inside of it and call my friend and say “hey can you come help me im kind of in a pickle”

I bet when teachers go to restaurants and the waiter says “can I take your order?” they reply “I don’t know can you?”

so i just spent the weekend at this crazy leadership seminar called HOBY. you’ve probably never heard of it but it was insanely fun if exhausting and i have a million songs stuck in my head that we learned. transitioning back to normal life where shouting the burrito song down the hallway is not a socially acceptable thing is gonna be weird. i　 had an awesome time though and i met so many new people and yeah :)

I drew this today

It’s for my best friend Becky who’s been in hospital for half a year because of self-harming, her mum asked me to draw something inspiring for her and incorporate butterflies into it somehow so I did this. I just wanted to show her that even though her arms may now be mutilated and abused beyond recognition, there is still hope and beauty to be found in everything. That I still find her absolutely beautiful and perfect.

This is so sweet
